The Young Patriots School- UYP School

‘United Youth of Pakistan Welfare Association’ took initiative in 2012 of a schooling program at Shah Rasool Colony (near Neelum Colony) a less-privileged area. The set up is a small one currently with 30 children. The young Patriots is planning to expand 80 children which will function from August 2013 InshaAllah.
We at United Youth of Pakistan Welfare Association truly believe that education is a very important element for an individual’s success in life. It prepares him physically, mentally and socially for the world of work in later life. It is that basis of the society which brings economic wealth, social prosperity and political stability. Any deficit in it shall stop a society from making any further progress.

The main purpose of education is to educate individuals, to prepare and qualify them for work in economy as well as to integrate people into society and teach them values and morals. It prepares youngsters for adulthood so that they may form the next generation of leaders. It will yield strong families and strong communities.
Thus, with the entirety of the above factors in mind we took the initiative of starting a school for children of Shah Rasool Colony, a less – privileged area within our society. We acknowledge the fact that this Idea is by no means a new one, nor do we state to be one of a kind of giving Voluntary Educational Services to children. By the grace of the Almighty, numerous organizations and institutes have emerged in the last few decades who are working endlessly towards Social Welfare Causes and because of whom innumerable educational institutions have been founded. Standing up with the similar incentive, the rationale behind “The Young Patriots School” is to provide services to an area where others have not reached to date, for we believe it is everyone’s equal responsibility of giving children their basic right of education, thus we thought of taking the charge of sharing the duty.
